HomeworkGrades are a means of communication to report what a student has learned. Grades will be a reflection of what a student knows based on his/her performance on assessments.
Term Grades are based on the total possible points for assignments. Homework Policy: All homework is expected to be completed on-time and to the best of a student’s ability. Homework is an extension of lessons that took place in class and provide students with independent practice developing or reviewing skills. Students who do not complete an assignment will have a working lunch the day the assignment was expected to have the work completed. A zero will represent the student’s grade until it is handed in, each day that the assignment is late students will lose 5 points depending on the circumstance of the situation. This is a way of holding students accountable for their responsibilities. |
